Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility:

   • Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter the draw, participants must spend £30 or more in a single transaction, either online or in-person at the Blur 69 Cocktail bar.
   • Online purchases will automatically enter the participant into the draw.
   • If a participant does not wish to be entered into the draw, they may send an email to contact@blur69.com stating their preference.

3. Entry Period:

   • The promotion starts on 11th December 2023 and ends on Friday, 22nd December 2023, at midday (12:00 PM GMT).

4. Draw Date and Winner Announcement:

   • The winner will be selected randomly on Friday, 22nd December 2023, at 8:00 PM GMT.
   • The winner will be announced on our  website and our social media platforms. Winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry.

5. Prize:

   • The prize is £250, awarded to the selected winner.
   • The prize money will be sent via Bank Transfer to the bank account provided by the winner.
   • The prize can be transferred for store credit on the website.

6. Entry Limit:

   • Only one entry per person is valid.

7. Winner Verification:

   • The selected winner must provide proof of age (18 years or older) to claim the prize.
   • Bank details for the Bank Transfer must be provided for the prize distribution.
   • Failure to verify eligibility or provide accurate bank details will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Publicity:

   • By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the draw.

9. Privacy:

   • Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the draw and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Disqualification:

    • Blur 69 reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that attempt to manipulate the entry process.

11. General Conditions:

    • Blur 69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
    • These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

By participating in the Blur 69 £250 Prize Draw, entrants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
